I’m on a bit of a speaking tour in Australia this month. I’d love to have you join and attend one the events if you can.

Leading the Product

First and foremost, I’m speaking on Release Planning at the Leading the Product conference in both Melbourne  (Oct. 18) and Sydney (Oct. 23).

The Melbourne event is sold out, but tickets are still available in Sydney. The list of speakers in each city looks amazing.

Metrics Workshop

I’m also delivering a 1-day workshop on Using Metrics to Drive Product Management Decisions in the days immediately before the Leading The Product conference: Melbourne (Oct. 17) and Sydney (October 22).

The workshop covers people, process and product metrics, and gives frameworks and models to use to measure and improve individual, team and product performance.

ProductTank Melbourne

This Tuesday October 16, I’m speaking at ProductTank Melbourne on Driving Success Across the Product Lifecycle. This is based my experience and lesson learned managing new products in startups as well as more mature and established products over many years. Also speaking at the meeting is Leslie Barry, a local product management consultant.

ProductTank Brisbane

On October 24, I’ll be in Brisbane speaking at the ProductTank there. My topic is Lessons Learned from 20 years in Product Management. I’ll be sharing stories and lessons — things I wish someone had told early in my career — on how to accelerate product success for all types of software products.
